Draft in Friedman's voice
Pick products & build the estimator
SEO & step images
Build the social posts
- Facebook: the tip in the post, one call to action and the link
- Instagram: a promo image plus an in-stock checklist slide, a story with space for a link sticker, captions, hashtags and alt text
- TikTok: a 60 to 75 second vertical video. Why it matters, Friedman's has it, good to know, how it typically works, then the call to action. ElevenLabs voiceover, the standard Friedman's music bed and jingle, captions and the animated logo
- Newsletter blurb and a Google Business Profile update for each store

Stage in Sana Commerce
Schedule & post socials
What it's built from
Friedman's brand guidelines; blog production and editorial standards; product picking and the project estimator; Sana staging, release and social distribution.
Every recommended product is stocked at all four stores. Picks rank by how likely the reader is to need it. Good, better and best only appear when the products are genuinely different.
Asks the questions that change the list, checks off what the reader needs, then lets them order for pickup, keep the list, or book a pro for color, texture and type decisions.
Prices and store stock pull from the Sana catalog when the page loads. They are never typed into the article.
A chat assistant on every page that answers how-to, product and stock questions from the same guides and catalog data, then hands off to the estimator or a pro walkthrough. Try it: bottom-right corner.
Every post also becomes a Facebook post, an Instagram carousel and story, and a TikTok video, built from the same steps, products and call to action. The voiceover, music and images come from ElevenLabs. Posts are scheduled automatically after approval and checked once they're live. One approval covers the whole set.
No post, social or video publishes without approval of that exact version. Electrical, gas and structural topics carry a "call a licensed pro" note. No invented staff experience, results or product claims.
Sample two weeks
What the agent would schedule for late October. The "why this topic" notes are the agent's own reasoning.
Approval queue
Where a reviewer signs off. Try it: approve a post to see the agent stage it in Sana.
How a post would look
Styled to sit inside friedmanshome.com. Choose a post, then try the project estimator at the end.
What the agent pulls from Sana
The demo has no Sana access, so this feed stands in for it. Its products are real: names, photos, prices, item numbers and Santa Rosa on-hand counts were read from friedmanshome.com. Counts for the other three stores are simulated. Every product callout and estimator in the Blog preview loads from this feed.
Stock rule check
A product passes when on-hand stock at every store is above its safety stock of 2 units. Low (1 or 2) is shown to readers but flagged to the reviewer; zero at any store fails.
Last request (illustrative)
The shape of what the agent asks for. The real Sana endpoint and field names get confirmed with Friedman's Sana partner.
Social media, ready to post
Every post's CTA also becomes ready-to-post social: a Facebook post, an Instagram carousel and story, and a TikTok video, with captions, alt text and the link. The agent drafts them; a Friedman's reviewer approves them, then they're posted or scheduled in Meta Business Suite and TikTok. Nothing here posts on its own.
TikTok
Draft · needs approvalVertical 1080×1920 video built from the same post: why it matters, Friedman's has it, good to know, how it typically works, then the call to action and the animated Friedman's logo. ElevenLabs voiceover (), the standard Friedman's music bed and jingle, burned-in captions. .
| Link | TikTok captions can't hold links. Point the bio link at the post before it goes up. |

| AI label | Turn on "AI-generated content." The voice and step illustrations are AI-generated. |
| Images | Step illustrations are placeholders, labeled on screen. Swap in Friedman's own project footage when it exists. |
| Music | Standard Friedman's bed and jingle, made for these videos. Trending sounds only from TikTok's Commercial Music Library. |
